Unbelievable...A turtle eats a pigeon...

It happend in Brazil...A tortoise attacks a pigeon..
Now I understand how the turtle manage to win the hare on famous tale history.

I used walk/jogging very close to this lake. Now, I really afraid of what could be the consequenses. The video sound is portuguese, and an expert is invited to explain why a tortoise can behave on this manner. He says the cause is competition, lack of food. What is more, people don't should try to intervene, because it could could be WORST... Poor pigeon...

❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺShe is really foxy on Red House ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ❤ฺ ฺ

(by Jimi Hendrix)

Recorded by the JHE in London at CBS Studios on Dec. 13, 1966. Mike Ross was the engineer. Jimi's first blues composition begins with 7th chord harmony heard at the start of Robert Johnson tunes like Dead Shrimp Blues(1936), King Hearted Woman(1936), and 32-30 Blues. But his urban solos are rooted more in performances like California Nights by Albert King (1962), and Louise by Robert Sumlin(1964), while Red House lyrics touch on images in the vain of The sky is Crying by Elmore James(1959). Cats I like now are Albert King and Elmore James, claimed Jimi. but if you try to copy them, want to play something note for note - especially a solo or a certain run that lasts over three seconds - your mind starts wandering. Therefore, you dig them and then do your own thing
This Red House originally appeared on the British AYE? album in 1967. Noel recalls, Red House was Jimi's way of using his musical roots, everything he knew and understood best,in a pop context. Billy Cox adds, "As far as I know, Red House didn't have any significance in reference to a particular person, place or thing. It was just a blues number that Jimi put together. There are recurring blues themes that are constantly sung about - a red rooster, a red light, a red house...you got your low-down dirty blues and your regular 'uptown' blues. Now, regular blues weren't that
suggestive; our parentes wouldn't unplug their radio on B.B King Sweet 16. But if you brought into the house of something like Hoochie Coochie Man or Big Leg Woman, or even Jimi Hendrix's Red House, you knon; if my baby don't have love me/I know your sister will, that's low-down blues, man where your morality is in jeopardy and you're subject to getting your radio pulled out or your recored broken!"

♫♫♫♫♫♫ Eddie Turner is THE “devilboy "♫♫♫♫♫♫♫

“Otherworldly”, “scorching”, “polyrhythmic” and “chilling” have all been used to describe Eddie Turner’s guitar playing. His ethereal style is an amalgam of the Afro-Cuban rhythms of his heritage and the music that influenced him as a teenager: Chicago blues, jazz, r&b and psychedelic rock. The Cuban-born singer/guitarist cut his teeth in several rock bands contributing what Slate magazine describes as “spacey-yet-resounding solos.” Now he emerges for the first time as his own bandleader on Rise, which arrives in stores in February, 2005.

Eddie “devilboy " Turner picked up his first guitar, a candy apple multi-pickup Japanese Tiesco, when he was twelve. Raised in Chicago, he moved to the Rockies in the early 70's to attend the University of Colorado; “a ruse,” he says, “to get my parents to keep sending checks.” More inspired by music than by academia, Turner immersed himself in the local scene, and stints with some notable acts ensued. He played in the region’s first punk/r&b band The Immortal Nightflames, then with Grammy nominees Tracy Nelson, Mother Earth, and the 4-nikators, a group which has become legendary for its unique mix of soul, Motown, and rock. Turner got the chance to grab at the brass ring when Colorado compadre Tommy Bolin left his band Zephyr to form The James Gang and Deep Purple. He eagerly joined the hard rock, psychedelic, blues band as a guitarist, singer and songwriter. But, tragedy struck with the sudden death of Zephyr lead singer Candy Givens. Deeply shaken, Eddie decided to “grow up” by taking a hiatus from performing music to become a realtor in Denver.

Yet, some people just refuse to “grow up”. A decade later, when Eddie was invited to join the Ron Miles electric band led by one of the country’s premier trumpeteers, he jumped at the chance. Then, in 1995 he rounded out the Otis Taylor Band adding what Guitar Player magazine describes as “otherworldly atmospherics (which) lend a decidedly cosmic ambience to Taylor’s sound.” Enhancing the spice and flavor of the trio, Eddie recorded five groundbreaking CDs, and toured the U.S. and Europe extensively.

Today, Turner evolves as an artist with his first solo effort, Rise. Produced by Kenny Passarelli, Rise showcases Eddie’s vocals and songwriting. Running the gamut from blistering guitar rock to the gospel-tinged, the 12-song disc dazzles with the chops and techniques Turner has developed over the course of his unusual, genre-melding career. Rise is evolutionary music - and quite grown up, indeed.

distinguishing competences...
1- Singular drive to achieve, to improve performance,
make what ever I'm working on better, faster, quicker,
more powerful more effective.

and ..the sign for this competence is that people who
have it have very high internal standards for success.

They not really driven by what other people say matters its, that they themselves know how good something should be. they hold theselves to this standards, you work hours to achieve this standard.its very compeling people how have it like to keep score, you like metrics. you want know where you are now. you are better, you
are worst. how much better you can be. help you make it better. Another sign is setting challenge goals. people who are inovative have this ability.

2- Impact or influence. This is being able make persuasive arguments
hold you own in a debate. marshing data well,to tailor a presentation on the audience when people start to gaze-eyes over..you can shift to another mode, maybe tell a compeling history or something like that.

3- has being called a conceptual thinking but really means patterns recognition seeing what matters to be able to pickup in data, in patters, what is crucial
to make essencial conections; to identify underline problems fix them ;to recognize what will make a difference. what I can do that will make a difference.

4 -analisys, break problems down sistematically antecipanting obstacles, seeing implications with in a complex system and make a change in here how we riple through and ramifies over there.. dry logical conclusions

5-taken on chalenges without being told to do so being persintent in tackling problems

6-being self-confident, trust on his on judgement like a friend of me, the guy who graduate at 20, he has supreame self-confidence it also means, liking to operate independly not being toldwhat to do but having freedom authonomy
